Recruiting Practice Leader / Director of Recruitment

The Newport Group has been leading the executive search industry for over 25 years, working nationally and internationally from our offices in Encinitas, California. We are seeking practice leads that have good subject matter expertise in recruitment practice areas that unique and new to The Newport Group. We thrive within a positive work environment filled with energy and excitement. We are looking for self-motivated, confident, driven leaders to step in as Recruiting Practice Leads within our growing team to oversee and lead new practice areas. Currently, we are specializing in energy, construction, real estate, and are looking to expand into Green energy and Robotics/Automation. Newport is also open to other unique practice areas.

Most experienced recruiters may feel reluctant to change because they have to start over. With our innovative and aggressive growth strategy, we will recruit, train, and build subordinate recruiters to support you in your own individual practice group.
