What are the responsibilities and job description for the Advanced Practice Provider position at The Neurology Center of Southern California?
Full-time position available for outpatient Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners. We are a large, multi-specialty Neurology practice in beautiful North County San Diego planning to further expand our PA/NP department. Join a group of 30 providers, 9 of which are Advanced Practitioners. Our practice is very PA/NP friendly. We are willing to train the right new graduate to join our team.
Position details:
- Daily clinic Monday through Friday.
- Responsible for managing a variety of neuro diagnosis such as MS, movement disorders, seizure disorders, dementia, headaches and neuromuscular diseases, and perform some procedures.
- Appropriately order diagnostic testing/lab work and interpret.
- Answer and triage incoming patient concerns.
Requirments:
- Initial California License
- DEA
- NPI
