What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physician Assistant position at The Neurology Center of Southern California?
We are a large, multi-specialty Neurology practice in beautiful North County San Diego planning to further expand our PA/NP department. Join a group of 30 providers, 7 of which are Advanced Practitioners. Our practice is very PA/NP friendly. We also have a sleep department and are looking for coverage with sleep department as well. Will consider strong new graduates. Must have initial California license, DEA, and NPI.
Specifics on the position:
* Daily clinic Monday through Friday.
* locations for clinic are alternating between Escondido, Poway and Carlsbad, CA
* Be able to manage variety of neuro patients and sleep disorders
* be able to perform some procedures with training.
* Be able to appropriately order diagnostic testing/lab and interpret.
* For experience, we look at experience as an NP/PA. However, we are willing to train the right new graduate.
