We're Hiring: Medical Talent Acquisition Specialist
The NBN Group, a trusted provider of home health care across New Jersey for over 30 years, is looking for a Medical Talent Acquisition pro to join our growing team.
About the Role
As Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for full cycle recruiting for a variety of roles — from nurses to behavioral health professionals in a variety of geographical areas. In this exciting role, you'll get to work with a wide range of people and build meaningful connections.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in medical recruiting
- Expertise in AI Recruiting platforms
- Familiarity with platforms like Hireflow, Paradox Olivia, Textio, or Manatal (a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset
- High attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
