Job Summary

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, your role as Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s future by managing the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring we attract, engage, and hire top talent. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will partner closely with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies for high-volume roles and your efforts will directly contribute to building a high-performing team at AmeriHealth Caritas. You will provide exceptional hiring manager and candidate experiences across the recruitment lifecycle.

Essential Functions

  • Manage full lifecycle recruitment for high-volume, entry-level roles across multiple lines of business from sourcing through onboarding, following all established policies and processes. Create exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences, maintaining open and transparent communication.
  • Use our Candidate Relationship Management system (CRM) to maintain an ongoing pipeline for roles that are consistently open across the organization. Partner with TA/HR centers of excellence to creatively build pipelines from a variety of sources.
  • Serve as a partner to hiring leaders, understanding hiring needs, and providing recruitment strategies. Meet with and provide regular hiring updates using standard recruiting reports on a consistent basis.
  • Source candidates through diverse channels including but not limited to our candidate relationship management system, resume databases, digital advertisements, professional associations, networking, social media, hiring events, and employee referrals.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations that impact the hiring and selection of talent.

 

Education/Experience:

  • High School/GED.
  • One or more years experience with high volume recruitment within a corporate or agency environment.

 

Other Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Experience in using sourcing tools including resume databases, LinkedIn/Indeed, Boolean Search, networking, and e-mail campaigns.
  • Experience with recruiting a high volume of openings simultaneously.
  • Experience building proactive pipelines for continuously open roles is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail including following all established policies to ensure compliance with state and government requirements.
  • Ability to be adaptable and agile in an ever-changing environment, including pivoting to recruit various roles across the organization.
