As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist at Morgan Properties, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts that support the company’s continued growth and success. Aligned to one of two hiring tracks— Site-Level Office, or Site-Level Service—you’ll manage a portfolio of requisitions tailored to your focus area. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic partner to hiring managers while delivering a seamless and supportive experience for every candidate.

Essential Duties
Core Recruitment Responsibilities
- Own full-desk recruiting, managing every phase from intake through onboarding.
- Source, post, and screen candidates across various platforms and pipelines.
- Coordinate interviews, provide hiring managers with timely updates, and manage the offer process.
- Handle pre-employment checks and guide candidates through background process.
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role expectations, timelines, and success profiles.
- Coordinate with Sr. TA Specialists to align on strategy and requisition prioritization.
- Participate in team check-ins, strategy sessions, and problem-solving discussions.
- Maintain accurate and compliant records, ensuring all communications are properly documented.
- Ensure alignment of hiring decisions with role requirements and Morgan Properties' values.
- Deliver a consistent, respectful, and positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.
- Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach programs as needed.
- Represent Morgan Properties’ culture and brand to external audiences, supporting local hiring visibility and diversity efforts.
- Perform additional recruitment-related tasks or projects as needed, contributing to the overall success and adaptability of the TA team.

Education And/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field—or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, ideally within the real estate industry.
- Proven success in coaching, mentoring, and developing others to enhance performance and support professional growth.
- Proficiency in recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing techniques.
- Familiarity with employment laws and recruitment best practices.
- Occasional travel may be required for recruitment events or meetings.
