We are seeking a motivated and personable Internet/Floor Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. $3,000 Guaranteed Monthly and Commission This role involves engaging with customers both online and in-store to provide exceptional service, promote our products, and drive sales. Duties
- Assist customers in selecting products both online and on the sales floor, providing knowledgeable guidance and support
- Respond promptly to online inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service through email, chat, or phone communication
- Maintain an engaging and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displays are attractive
- Promote current promotions, new arrivals, and special offers to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems while ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve overall store performance
- Stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings to better serve customers
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required; a strong desire to learn is essential
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
