Essential Job Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning tasks throughout the facility according to established schedules and standards.
- Clean and sanitize all restrooms and ensure supplies remain stocked throughout the shift.
- Maintain cleanliness of gaming floor areas while completing assigned rotations.
- Clean, mop, wash, buff, and vacuum floors in accordance with safety procedures.
- Empty trash receptacles regularly and ensure proper waste disposal.
- Dust and vacuum furnishings, fixtures, and assigned surfaces.
- Using ladders when required, dust and wash walls, clean ceilings, and polish light fixtures.
- Identify and report maintenance, safety, or equipment issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Ensure cleaning tools and materials are used safely and stored appropriately.
- Provide BIG Service by engaging guests and Team Members in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner.
- Maintain a calm, helpful, and professional demeanor in high‑stress or fast‑paced situations.
- Work independently with minimal supervision or collaboratively as part of a team.
- Maintain compliance with all legal and company regulations required for working in the industry.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must pass all required pre‑employment screening, including background and drug screening.
- Internal candidates must meet eligibility requirements under the Transfer & Promotion Policy.
- Ability to work varied schedules including days, evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Ability to access, interpret, and understand information on computer screens.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and respond to visual and auditory cues.
- Work environment may include exposure to loud noise, guest chatter, overhead music, live entertainment, and areas where smoking is permitted.
- Manual dexterity required to operate cleaning equipment and tools (e.g., mops, vacuums, scrubbers, carts).
- Requires hand–eye coordination and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols.
