Key Responsibilities Include
Drafting, summarizing, and analyzing legal documents, depositions, and transcripts
Organizing, reviewing, and preparing medical records and case chronologies
Maintaining indexes of legal and medical documentation
Conducting legal and factual research
Managing attorney calendars and case deadlines
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; preference for majors in Legal Studies, English, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related fields
Strong reading comprehension and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with case management systems a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Prior experience in litigation support, medical records review, or a related field preferred but not required
