Material Associate (Temp to Perm)

Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible)

Duration: 3–6 months, with potential for permanent hire

We are hiring a Material Associate to join a fast-paced warehouse and shipping team. This is a hands-on role supporting packaging, shipping, inventory, and order entry, ensuring materials are prepared and delivered to customers globally. Key Responsibilities

• Package, label, and prepare materials for shipment
• Support shipping operations, including releasing materials to customers worldwide
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records
• Assist with order entry and materials tracking
• Ensure all shipments are accurate and completed on time
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to support daily warehouse operations
  
  

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse, shipping, packaging, or inventory is preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
