What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary HR resource for employees and managers onsite
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, new hire orientation, and HRIS updates
- Support employee relations, investigations, and policy administration
- Assist with benefits, payroll inquiries, compliance, and reporting
- Coordinate training, engagement initiatives, and HR projects
- 1-3 years of HR experience
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Comfortable working directly with employees on the production floor
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- Experience with onboarding, employee relations, and HR systems
