Retail Licensing Coordinator – 2 Openings

Pay: $21–$22/hour

Location: Westborough, MA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Work Arrangement: Primarily onsite, 5 days/week, with potential for 1 day remote depending on business needs

Position Overview

The Retail Licensing Coordinator will support the Licensing & Compliance team with obtaining and maintaining regulatory licenses required for retail operations across various U.S. jurisdictions. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple administrative tasks and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, file, and maintain regulatory submissions, including license applications and renewals.
• Maintain internal systems, records, and databases.
• Provide general administrative support, including filing, mailing, copying, and document organization.
• Research regulatory requirements and determine appropriate licensing actions.
• Collaborate with internal departments and government agencies as needed.
• Support various licensing, regulatory, and compliance projects.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure deadlines are met.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a business office or retail environment; 3–5 years preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Positive, professional, and solutions-oriented attitude.
