Customer Service Representative

Pay: $19 - $24 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Our client is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support their operations. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients and customers, assisting with requests, answering questions, providing status updates, and ensuring a positive customer experience over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls
• Assist customers with requests and processing.
• Provide updates on orders.
• Respond to questions regarding services, procedures, and general information within established guidelines.
• Accurately document customer interactions in company systems.
• Research and resolve customer inquiries or escalate concerns when appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA and privacy regulations.
• Deliver professional, compassionate, and efficient customer service on every call.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service, call center, healthcare, pharmacy, or medical office experience preferred.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls.
• Proficient with computers and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain professional and empathetic when assisting customers.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
