Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level administrative support to the President
- Coordinate projects and initiatives across the organization
- Prepare, edit, and format important documents and presentations
- Manage calendars, meetings, action items, and follow-up activities
- Coordinate communications with vendors, partners, and stakeholders
- Support board meeting preparation and communications
- Assist with operational planning and execution
- Track project timelines, priorities, and deliverables
- Support social media activities and organizational communications
- Conduct research and provide recommendations on operational matters
- Help develop and improve internal processes and systems
- 1-5 years of administrative, executive support, project coordination, operations, or related experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Professional demeanor and sound judgment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable in a growing and evolving environment
- Social media experience is a plus
- Highly organized and dependable
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working directly with executive leadership
- Able to create structure and drive projects forward
- Resourceful problem-solver
