What You’ll Do
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
- Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive memoranda.
- Participate in case strategy and client meetings.
- Manage multiple matters and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active (or pending) admission to the New Hampshire bar.
- 2–4 years of litigation experience preferred; judicial clerkship a plus.
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
