- Manage the President’s calendar, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a professional and welcoming presence.
- Support the Board of Trustees with meeting logistics, minutes, and preparation of board materials.
- Coordinate special events, including scheduling, invitations, catering, and facility reservations.
- Maintain office operations, including budget tracking, purchasing, and recordkeeping.
- Draft and edit professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Required:
- Associate’s degree.
- At least 4 years of experience providing executive-level support to senior leadership.
- Strong proficiency in Google Suite, Google Calendar, Zoom, and Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment, discretion, and maintain confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience supporting board members or high-level volunteers.
- Background in higher education.
- Bilingual (Spanish).
