Location: Concord, NH

Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Full-time, Permanent)

Salary: $50,000–$55,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls as part of the front office rotation
  • Take initial intake information from prospective new clients
  • Open and set up new matters in the billing system
  • Provide coverage for the front desk when the receptionist is out
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as ordering and coordinating lunch for meetings
  • Support general office and legal administrative needs as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a law office or legal administrative environment preferred but not required
  • Excellent verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excel experience required
  • Experience with legal billing software preferred but not required
