Role Description

The Motif is a custom acrylic design studio specializing in elevated event signage and bespoke details. We are seeking a  Production Person to support the hands on creation and execution of our pieces.

This is a full-time, in studio role (9–5) based in Katy/Cypress, TX, with flexibility to stay later when production demands.

This is a hands-on production role where you will be directly involved in bringing custom designs to life from raw materials to final product. You’ll assist with cutting, prepping, assembling, and finishing acrylic pieces while maintaining the level of quality The Motif is known for.

We operate in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment, so efficiency, precision, and accountability are key.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and wants to grow within a company. There is strong opportunity for advancement, with the ability to grow into a Production Lead position as you develop skill, speed, and ownership in the role.

Qualifications

-No prior experience required we are willing to train the right candidate

-Previous hands-on, crafting, or production experience is a plus

-Strong attention to detail and quality control

-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

-Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on tasks and standing for extended periods

-Strong work ethic, reliability, and accountability

-Ability to follow direction while also taking initiative when needed

-Able to stay late when necessary 1
