High Point Design is a one stop destination for all hosiery products including socks, tights, slippers, legwarmers and much more. The company holds some of the most recognizable entertainment and character licenses in the world including Disney, Star Wars, Pokémon, Harry Potter, Hello Kitty, Marvel, DC Comics, Universal Studios, and much much more.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting Design Team in general organization
- Distribution of Design/Licensor/Sales samples
- Communicating with Design/Sales regarding passing of samples
- Tagging and pinning samples
- Filing
- Helping prep for meetings
- Ordering Design supplies
- Assisting Creative Director (ordering lunch, expense reports, etc.)
- Checking Packaging Samples for weight/color
- Filing approved packaging samples
- Displaying inspiration samples
- Manage sample purging
- Keep samples in storage rooms, cabinets and closets organized
- Deliver packages to the mailroom
- Maintain Yarn Book library
- Maintain shared Design Team Outlook Calendar
- Planning team outings, team lunches, etc.
Requirements:
- Great attitude/team player/friendly/cooperative
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Organized

- Intelligent
- Illustrator and Photoshop proficient
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) proficient
- 3 years of experience as a Design or Executive Assistant or comparable
Salary : $20 - $26
