High Point Design is a one stop destination for all hosiery products including socks, slippers, and much more. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Inventory Procurement Coordinator to join our Sales Department, reporting directly to the VP of Sales. This individual will work closely with the Sales team to identify inventory needs and serve as the key liaison between the Design and Production departments to ensure all necessary information is collected and accurately documented for bookings submitted to Production for factory orders.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between Sales, Design, and Production teams to collect necessary product and factory information.
- Compile and maintain detailed Excel spreadsheets including style numbers, design numbers, factory information, quantities, costs, packaging details, and product images.
- Prepare and organize booking documentation to be submitted to the Production Department for factory order placement.
- Verify and track approval status of licensed products using the company’s internal database.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all data entry and documentation.
- Support ongoing communication to keep projects moving efficiently through the approval and production process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the production process, hosiery preferred.
- Fluent in Microsoft Excel with strong spreadsheet management skills.
- Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Motivated self-starter capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
