Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a welcoming and professional first impression
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude and prompt resolution
- Operate multi-line phone systems to answer calls, make reservations, and relay information accurately
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays, billing, and special requests to ensure seamless service
- Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options to enhance guest experience
- Take property walk, Stay visible to assist guest support.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Should stay visible at front desk
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential
- Ability to handle night audit responsibilities and work flexible hours including evenings or overnight shifts
- Previous hotel experience focusing on guest relations and hospitality management is highly desirable
