Their clothes are availabile in 90 countries worldwide through over 3,100 company-operated stores, almost 400 franchise stores, and e-commerce sites and is still growing.
We are seeking an Operations Strategy Senior Manager on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is on-site in NYC or San Francisco; remote will be considered for exceptional candidates.
The Senior Manager will play a critical role in shaping and advancing the end-to-end supply chain transformation agenda. This role is responsible for designing future-ready operating models and leveraging analytics, technology, and process innovation to increase efficiency, agility, and collaboration across Global Supply Chain functions. This position partners closely with leaders across brands and business units to define strategic priorities, operationalize transformation initiatives, and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Transformation
- Develop and advance key components of the Supply Chain Strategy roadmap.
- Build end-to-end capabilities across logistics, product development, sourcing, and inventory management.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives aligned with long-term business goals.
- Design and implement operational frameworks, governance structures, and performance metrics to monitor progress and impact of transformation programs.
- Lead recurring cross-functional engagement and ensure alignment on priorities, milestones, and deliverables.
- Identify operational risks and roadblocks; create and execute mitigation plans to maintain continuity and momentum.
- Drive enterprise-wide change management efforts, including rollout, training, communication, and adoption of new processes and ways of working.
- Support teams through transformation with clear guidance, stakeholder alignment, and structured implementation plans.
- 10 years of total experience, including 3 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, supply chain, or retail operations.
- Ability to balance detailed operational understanding with strategic, big-picture thinking.
- Strong background in process design, capability building, and organizational change management.
- Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with strong execution discipline and governance.
- Highly analytical, with proficiency in modeling, reporting, and interpreting operational and financial data.
- Skilled at influencing and collaborating with senior leaders and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and drive alignment.
- Background in management consulting.
