- Calendar management and scheduling
- Project prioritization and task management
- Financial tracking (Quicken/QuickBooks experience preferred)
- Travel coordination and research
- Document organization and filing systems
- Vendor management and shopping coordination
- General research and problem-solving
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous executive/personal assistant experience strongly desired
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High proficiency with technology (MS Office, AI?, expense software)
- Self-directed with strong attention to detail
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters
- Own reliable laptop
- Location: West Menlo Park home office some remote work
- Schedule: Flexible, 10-20 hours/week (initially higher hours for onboarding)
