Our customer is a busy, growing Orange County insurance defense firm with a reputation for excellence and a team that genuinely enjoys working together. They're looking for a talented Associate Attorney – Insurance Defense Litigation who’s ready to take on interesting, challenging casework with real responsibility from day one—all in a collaborative environment where your voice matters.

- The Work Is Interesting: No cookie-cutter cases here. You’ll handle high-stakes personal injury, transportation, premises liability, and other complex litigation matters that keep you sharp.

- Manage your own caseload with partner support
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
- Take and defend depositions
- Appear in court for hearings and motions
- Work directly with clients to strategize and move cases forward
- 3–10 years of civil litigation experience
- Trial experience strongly desired
- California Bar required.
- Insurance defense background.
- Billable Requirement: 1850 hours annually (~155/month).
- Solid deposition, motion, and courtroom experience
- A strong writer and communicator who thinks strategically
