Core Responsibilities
- Acting as a primary point of contact for client service needs
- Preparing and submitting non-financial service requests
- Following up on requests until completion
- Scheduling client meetings and sending reminders
- Assisting with meeting prep and advisor recruiting support
- Coordinating with custodians, product sponsors, and internal teams
- Maintaining accurate client records and CRM data
- Bachelor’s degree (finance or business preferred)
- 3–5 years of Administrative/Client Support experience in financial services industry, or related field
- Extremely organized, accurate, and reliable
- Strong communicator with a client first mindset
- Comfortable handling sensitive, confidential information
- Tech savvy and quick to learn
