What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Machinist – B Shift position at The MOHR Enterprises LLC?
$24–$32/hr 10% Shift Premium
Monday–Thursday | 2:30 PM–12:30 AM
We are hiring experienced CNC Machinists to join a growing precision machining operation producing tight-tolerance components for the aerospace, medical, and commercial industries.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate CNC lathes and machining equipment
- Machine complex, tight-tolerance components
- Perform tooling changes, offsets, and machine adjustments
- Read blueprints and GD&T
- Complete first-piece and in-process inspections
- Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools
- Troubleshoot machining and quality issues
Qualifications
- 3 years of CNC machining experience preferred
- CNC setup and operation experience
- Swiss lathe experience strongly preferred
- Citizen, Star, Tsugami, Tornos, or similar experience is a plus
- Strong blueprint, GD&T, and precision inspection skills
- Aerospace, medical, or other high-precision manufacturing experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
