What are the responsibilities and job description for the Swim Lesson Instructor position at The Midwest Athletic Club?
The Midwest Athletic Club is looking to hire a couple of part-time swim lesson instructors for our bigger facility, MAC Xtreme. Swim lesson instructors must have flexible hours (can be requested around your current schedule) and willing to work with kids, adults, or both. Lessons are 30 min. and consist of private (1 on 1) or semi-privates (2 on 1) swimmers. Some current instructors work with babies and children all the way through triathlon swimmers, depending on what they are most comfortable with. The required certification and experience is a WSI (Water Safety Instructor) and a love for the water.
