Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Morning Opener, working from 4:30am to 12:00pm. This role is vital in ensuring a smooth start to the day by opening the gym, managing member check ints, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent time management skills, and possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the first face our customers see and to set the tone for a positive day ahead.
Responsibilities
- Open the Gym On Time Each Day
- Operate POS systems for transactions such as day passes
- Greet Members as the enter the gym
- Provide Outstanding Customer Service
- Be proficent in our billing software and have an ability to answer member questions
- Maintain a clean workspace by following sanitation protocols
- Light Cleaning and Stocking
- Laundry
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or fitness is preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Experience in retail sales transactions or cashiering operations is advantageous
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service experience that highlights communication skills and a positive attitude
