Seasonal Visitor Service Representative – New York, NY

Full-Time | Temporary (Memorial Day–Labor Day)

Join us this summer in New York and help create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for thousands of visitors.

We are hiring 6 Seasonal Visitor Service Representatives to support operations at the imagiNATIONS Activity Center in New York. These are full-time, temporary roles running from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Schedule

• 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• 5 days per week
• Overtime and holiday shifts may be available. Weekends and Weekdays.

What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on, high-energy role in a busy public setting. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting visitors and delivering excellent customer service
• Assisting with entry, directions, and visitor flow
• Collecting attendance and zip code data
• Light cleaning of frequently touched surfaces
• Managing crowds to ensure a smooth experience
• Supporting activities and programs
• Monitoring safety and escalating incidents when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Outgoing and customer-focused
• Able to stay organized in a high-volume environment
• Strong communication skills
• Dependable with consistent attendance
• Experience working with children preferred

• This is a temporary, seasonal opportunity ending after Labor Day
• Candidates must be available for the full assignment period
