Senior Event Producer
About Us
We are an elite event design and production company responsible for executing some of the most high-end, complex luxury weddings and corporate events in the industry. We are looking for a highly seasoned Senior Event Producer who immediately understands the workflow, scale, and lifestyle of top-tier event production.
What You Will Do
- Lead the logistics, design build-out, and physical production of large-scale events with total budgets of $500,000 .
- Manage complex budgets where a significant portion (approximately 25%) is dedicated strictly to environmental build-outs and decor.
- Oversee and direct support teams, project coordinators, and cross-departmental communications.
- Manage a massive network of vendors, relying on your established industry relationships and logistical expertise to ensure flawless execution.
What You Bring
- 10 years of deep industry experience, specifically in high-end event production and logistical build-outs.
- Direct, hands-on experience managing total event budgets exceeding $500k.
- A massive, reliable network of vendor contacts and the ability to seamlessly manage multiple vendor relationships simultaneously.
- A "get it done" mentality; you don't need hand-holding and can immediately take ownership of high-stakes projects.

We operate at the highest level of the industry. During peak seasons (spring and fall), expect 60-hour work weeks, weekend availability, and demanding installation schedules. We reward this level of dedication exceptionally well. Alongside a highly competitive base salary and performance-based bonus structure, we offer a massive PTO package. You can earn up to 28 days of PTO in your first year (gaining 9 extra days in the spring and 9 in the fall), allowing you the opportunity to take extended time off to travel, immerse yourself in new cultures, and fully recharge during our off-seasons.
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
