About the Role
We are currently hiring a Coordinator to serve as the central point of contact between various departments.
In this role, you will manage multiple moving parts to ensure inspections and audits are scheduled accurately and completed on time. We do not require prior experience; we will provide comprehensive training to teach you the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inspections and audits from initial scheduling through completion.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, surveyors, auditors, and internal teams.
- Manage a high volume of scheduling requests, emails, and documentation with high accuracy.
- Track deadlines to ensure all required compliance documentation is complete.
- Update and maintain information within proprietary databases and internal systems.
- Prioritize tasks while providing professional communication to domestic and international clients.
- Maintain detailed electronic records and ensure all information remains current.
- Support senior team members with administrative projects and process improvements.
Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in administration, operations, customer service, scheduling, or coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a required background check.

Candidates with experience in the following roles typically transition well into this position: Administrative Assistant, Project/Operations/Logistics/Scheduling Coordinator, Customer Success/Client Services Representative, Office Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or roles within Healthcare Administration, Hospitality Management, Banking Operations, or Aviation/Transportation Support.
