About the Role
We are currently seeking a Documentation Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will process critical documentation. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment where accuracy and efficiency directly impact the timely issuance of credentials.

Responsibilities
- Process and review applications and documentation.
- Enter and maintain accurate data within internal databases.
- Prepare, issue, and verify maritime licenses and credential documents.
- Assemble certification packets and official identification documents.
- Reconcile payments and process completed work orders.
- Scan, organize, and maintain electronic documentation.
- Verify completed work for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate outgoing shipments to international agents.
- Consistently meet daily productivity and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Communications, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field).
- Recent graduate or approximately 1 year of professional experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks with strict accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
