Compensation: $65,000–$80,000 DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | Approximately 40 Hours Per Week

We are partnering with a nationally recognized constitutional litigation firm whose attorneys include former Big Law partners, former U.S. Attorneys, former law professors, appellate specialists, and attorneys who have argued and litigated some of the most significant constitutional matters in the Midwest. The firm continues to grow its profile and is regularly involved in matters attracting local and national media attention.

Unlike many large law firms, this role is designed around a manageable 40-hour workweek while still offering exposure to sophisticated litigation and trial work.
What You'll Do
- Support attorneys in all phases of litigation
- Prepare and file documents in federal and state courts
- Manage court filings, pleadings, motions, and litigation calendars
- Coordinate deposition logistics and prepare deposition materials
- Organize exhibits, trial notebooks, hearing binders, and case files
- Maintain and track scheduling orders and critical deadlines
- Assist with discovery organization and document management
- Prepare trial and hearing materials
- Support multiple attorneys on active litigation matters
- Serve as a trusted litigation support resource to the legal team
What We're Looking For
Required
- 5 years of litigation support experience
- Experience as a Litigation Paralegal OR highly experienced Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary
- Strong federal and/or state court filing experience
- Experience supporting depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
- Ability to work independently with minimal training
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to work on-site in Minnetonka, MN
Preferred
- Paralegal certificate
- Experience supporting complex civil litigation
- Experience in constitutional, appellate, business litigation, or government-related matters
- Prior law firm experience
