We’re currently hiring for a Manufacturing Engineer role focused on Dimensional Engineering. This is a full-time contract position based onsite in Casa Grande or Tempe, Arizona. The role starts mid-September and is expected to run through the end of the year, with a strong possibility of extension.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer – GA Dimensional Engineering, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all manufactured parts and assemblies meet precise dimensional specifications and quality standards. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, validate, and implement fixtures and processes that support high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and technical drawings
- Design and integrate fixtures with manufacturing equipment and process flow
- Apply GD&T standards and perform tolerance stack-up analysis
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to improve feasibility and quality
- Utilize advanced metrology tools and statistical process control techniques
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, STEM, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a dimensional engineering or manufacturing role
- Strong expertise in GD&T
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Nice-to-Haves:
- Certification in dimensional measurement or quality control (CQE, Six Sigma)
