• Ideal Work Environment: High efficiency, team based model that leverages Expanded Function Dental Assistants and experienced assistants so you can focus on dentistry, working alongside 2.5 general dentists and six registered dental hygienists
• Established Patient Panel: Step into an established patient panel on day one, seeing an average of 13 to 20 patients per day plus hygiene exams, with the position created purely by continued patient growth
• Culture & Support: Privately owned, seven owner dental group founded in 2008 with a recently restructured leadership team focused on long term growth and provider success
• Professional Growth Opportunities: Practice comprehensive general dentistry including restorative, crown and bridge, root canal therapy, and Invisalign, with additional procedures based on your comfort and experience, and pediatric treatment available if desired but never required

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Compensation: Average annual earnings of $175,000 to $220,000 and above
• Income Guarantee: $12,500 monthly income guarantee for your first six months while you ramp into the established panel
• Production Model: 32% of collections with no laboratory fees charged to the provider
• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 sign on bonus

Qualifications

• Degree: DDS or DMD required
• Licensure: Eligibility for West Virginia dental licensure
• Skillset: Comprehensive general dentistry including restorative, crown and bridge, root canal therapy, and Invisalign, with comfort working in a team based model alongside Expanded Function Dental Assistants
• Experience: New graduates and experienced dentists are both encouraged to apply
