Position Details:
- Established, high-volume general dentistry practice with strong patient demand and a consistent schedule
- Modern, technology-forward environment featuring digital imaging, CBCT, intraoral scanners, AI-assisted tools, and 3D printing capabilities
- Average patient volume of approximately 17 patients per day with a broad mix of restorative, operative, endodontic, removable, and emergency dentistry
- No call responsibilities
- Clinical autonomy with the freedom to make treatment decisions in the best interest of your patients
- Supported by a highly experienced office leadership team and long-tenured clinical staff, including providers and team members who have been with the organization for 10 years
- Opportunity to focus on patient care while administrative, billing, scheduling, marketing, and operational support are handled by the organization
Compensation & Benefits:
- Expected earning potential of approximately $375,000 annually based on current production models
- Daily guarantee plus production-based compensation structure
- $40,000 sign-on incentive package
- Additional long-term incentive/student loan repayment program valued at up to $30,000

Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Eligible for or currently licensed to practice dentistry in Illinois

- Passion for serving diverse and underserved patient populations
