General Dentist | $250K to $350K Earning Potential | Eau Claire, WI

A well-established, tech-forward practice in the Eau Claire metro is looking for a general dentist who wants owner-level earning potential without the owner-level headaches. No payroll. No marketing budgets. No broken compressor at 7 a.m.
What You'll Earn
- 37% of adjusted net production, with providers here producing $4,000 to $6,000 per day
- That puts a full year at $250,000 to $350,000 for an established schedule
- A $120,000 guaranteed floor while you build, so your first few months are protected, not penalized
- Up to $10,000 sign-on or relocation bonus (two-year commitment)
What You'll Work With
10 operatories, CBCT, CEREC and a fully digital workflow. Modern dentistry without the equipment wrestling match.
How You'll Practice
- Full clinical autonomy. You diagnose and treatment plan the way you were trained, not the way a spreadsheet in another state prefers.
- Room to grow into oral surgery, endo and implants, with mentorship if you want it
How You'll Live
- 4 or 5 day workweek, no call
- Flexible time off (yes, dentists get vacations too)
