Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Compensation, Competitive Salary, Compensation, Financial Package: Collections-based compensation beginning at 45% of collections, with the opportunity to increase to 50% based on performance. A daily guarantee is available during the initial ramp-up period.

Qualifications
- Degree: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school.
- Certifications: Endodontic specialty training required. Board certification or board eligibility is preferred but not required.
- Licensure: Active or eligible dental license in Tennessee.
- Skillset: Strong endodontic clinical skills with an ability to provide high-quality, patient-centered specialty care.
- Experience: Experience as an Endodontist is preferred; strong new graduates completing endodontic training will also be considered.
