Join an established, multi-specialty dental organization in Appleton, Wisconsin. This opportunity offers the stability and resources of a large, established practice while allowing dentists significant clinical autonomy and the ability to build their practice around the procedures they enjoy most.

The Appleton location is a large, established flagship practice providing general dentistry alongside multiple dental specialties under one roof. The incoming dentist will step into an existing patient panel with strong clinical and administrative support already in place.

Compensation & Financial Opportunity

• 12-month guaranteed base compensation
• Incentive compensation based on net revenue
• signing/retention bonus
• $2,500 relocation reimbursement, with additional relocation assistance negotiable depending on distance

Practice & Clinical Environment

Dentists have considerable clinical flexibility with no production limits and the ability to expand their scope based on training, experience, and credentialing.

One of the major advantages of this practice is access to in-house dental specialists, allowing for immediate consultation and streamlined internal referrals when a case falls outside your preferred scope.

Each General Dentist typically has:

• 2-4 dedicated operatories depending on your preferences
• Established patient panel of approximately 2,000–4,000 patients
• 1–2 dedicated hygienists
• 2–3 dedicated dental assistants
• Dedicated Dental Service Representative
• Additional assistant support available as patient volume grows

Typical clinical volume is approximately 12–15 patients per day, in addition to hygiene exams and checks. New patient volume averages approximately 25–30 patients per month.

The practice provides modern diagnostic and clinical resources, including:

• Digital X-ray units in each operatory
• Panoramic imaging
• iCat

• Intraoral cameras
• On-site laboratory support
• External laboratory resources
• Microscopes available at select locations

Providers also have the opportunity to review instrument, equipment, and material preferences prior to starting.

New graduates are encouraged to apply.

A structured 12-month mentorship program is available for new graduates and experienced dentists and includes:

• Dedicated compensated mentor
• Structured milestone check-ins
• Case reviews
• Clinical guidance
• Gradual reduction in mentorship intensity as confidence and independence increase

Experienced dentists who do not require formal mentorship have access to a Regional Clinical Leader, an experienced practicing dentist who serves as a clinical peer resource.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Eligible for or currently holding a Wisconsin dental license
• DEA registration required
• New graduates and experienced General Dentists are both encouraged to apply
