What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Services Representative position at the medcom group, ltd.?
Working with our patients to provide Durable Medical Equipment (DME) to hospitals, clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and patient homes in Vail and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for delivering, setting up, and instructing patients on medical equipment, tracking inventory, completing patient paperwork, answering patient questions, and other support tasks. If you are detail oriented, organized, like working with people, and have the ability to work with a flexible schedule, this may be a great job for you! This is an entry level medical service opportunity with potential for growth into a full time position and beyond! This position does require regular travel in the Vail area in your own vehicle. Requirements:

Experience:
- Strong customer service background
- Medical office experience a plus
- Durable Medical Equipment experience a plus
Training will be provided. You will be working with Continuous Passive Motion (CPM) machines, NICE cold therapy devices and other types of medical equipment. These devices are usually ordered by an orthopedic surgeon to facilitate post-orthopedic rehabilitation.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
