Working with our patients to provide Durable Medical Equipment (DME) from our Avon office with the opportunity to directly service healthcare facilities, and patient homes in Vail, CO and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include preparing medical equipment for patient recovery and training patients on their safe and proper usage, facilitating the delivery and return of rental equipment, managing patients and paperwork from our web-based CRM portal, interacting with patients via phone, text and email to coordinate equipment pickup and delivery, and other support tasks. Requirements:
- Commitment to provide exceptional patient care
- Understanding the fundamentals of using a computer, basic internet skills, and ability to use software, such as Microsoft Office Suite

Experience:
- Strong customer service background
- Medical office experience a plus
- Durable Medical Equipment experience a plus
You will be working with Continuous Passive Motion (CPM) machines, NICE cold therapy devices along with other types of medical equipment. These devices are usually ordered by physicians to facilitate post-surgical rehabilitation. Comprehensive training will be provided.
