Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Payable Clerk at The Maybourne Beverly Hills, located in Beverly Hills, CA. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor accounts, maintaining financial records, verifying expenditures, and reconciling discrepancies. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with accounting software operations and supporting financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Finance and Accounting principles
- Experience with Accounting Software and Invoicing processes
- Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with vendors and internal teams
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial information
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in hotel/luxury hospitality accounting is a plus
