Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Reservations Agent to join our dedicated team at The Maybourne Beverly Hills. This on-site role, based in Beverly Hills, CA, involves assisting guests with reservations, addressing inquiries, and managing booking processes. The Reservations Agent will ensure an exceptional guest experience from the very first interaction by maintaining a high level of professionalism and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and managing Reservations efficiently
- Experience in Customer Service and delivering personalized guest experiences
- Proficiency in Communication and handling guest inquiries with professionalism
- Basic proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including managing administrative tasks
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, luxurious environment
