Role Description
The Reservations Agent is a full-time on-site role located in Beverly Hills, CA. This position is responsible for managing reservations, assisting guests with inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include handling phone communications, processing bookings efficiently, and ensuring all guest requests are met with professionalism and attention to detail. The role supports the front-of-house team with receptionist duties and contributes to the seamless overall guest experience.
