Hotel Housekeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This position requires a strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail, and a genuine passion for providing an outstanding hospitality experience. This role operates in a dynamic, fast paced environment and requires the ability to work efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and guest service.

Must be able to pass a background check.

Work Schedule

Friday - Tuesday 8:30-4:30

Off days Wednesday and Thursday

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure all bathrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Assist with laundry duties as needed.
• Provide exceptional service to guests by responding to requests promptly and courteously.

Experience

• Previous hotel experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment is beneficial.
• Experience in janitorial or custodial roles is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
