Position Summary:
The Member Experience Coordinator plays a crucial role in developing The Malin’s local member community — promoting member engagement, maintaining space standards, and driving retention through thoughtful service excellence. This role combines hospitality, relationship management, and operational coordination to deliver an exceptional member experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Building
- Cultivate a thriving community, fostering meaningful connections within the member base.
- Build meaningful relationships with members; act as a connector and ambassador for the brand.
- Collaborate with the team on retention and referral strategies.
Experience Management
- Collect and analyze member feedback to develop local engagement initiatives, enhance the workspace experience, and drive member satisfaction.
- Address member needs to improve retention and engagement.
- Support the General Manager in planning monthly events and activations that foster connection and add value to the Malin membership.
Space
- Maintain a tidy and orderly environment aligned with brand guidelines and space expectations.
- Collaborate with the team on punch list management and timely facilities maintenance resolutions.
- Conduct member onboarding and ensure all members are clear on space standards, offerings, and proper use of amenities.
