Position Summary:
The Local Sales Coordinator supports local revenue growth by strategically managing memberships, event sales, and on-demand bookings with the General Manager’s oversight. This role blends relationship-building, sales acumen, and operational precision to convert leads, renew memberships, and curate high-quality events aligned with brand standards.
Salary: $55,000
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting
- Contribute to accurate CRM upkeep and provide weekly updates on performance metrics.
- Track and report on membership sales and pipeline activity.
- Provide qualitative and quantitative insights to the General Manager based on sales trends.
Membership Sales
- Tour and convert leads for Access and Dedicated Desk memberships.
- Track member churn trends and strategize with the General Manager to mitigate cancellations.
- Partner with the team to optimize referral and retention strategies.
On-Demand
- Monitor meeting room and day-pass utilization; identify growth opportunities.
- Measure on-demand performance, collaborate on revenue strategies to drive business in periods of slowdown
- Engage customers to drive repeat business and conversions into memberships.
