Position Summary:

The Front Desk Associate plays a crucial role in welcoming members and guests and establishing a

strong first impression. This role combines hospitality, relationship management, and operational

coordination to deliver an exceptional member and guest experience from the moment someone arrives.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception

● Greet Malin members and building tenants by name and provide a warm welcome to visitors,

creating a friendly, professional first impression and a strong sense of arrival

● Check in guests, ensuring all visitors are properly registered and set with badge access to their

appropriate floor

● Provide directory assistance within the building and for the surrounding area

● Maintain a tidy and orderly front desk, aligned with brand guidelines and space expectations

● Receive, sort, and store/distribute all incoming mail and packages

Administrative Support

● Document tenant service inquiries and building issues, and provide notice to the appropriate

point of contact on the property management team

● Coordinate with the tenants by communicating arrivals, special requests, or issues

● Act as a visible, approachable presence while at the front desk for member and visitor inquiries;

escalate issues as needed
