You will assist families with class registration, scheduling, account questions, payments, and general customer service while actively promoting SafeSplash programs and helping the location meet enrollment and retention goals.
Responsibilities
- Greet families and swimmers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner
- Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, through text, and via email
- Educate prospective families on SafeSplash programs, class levels, pricing, and available services
- Convert customer inquiries, leads, and trial lessons into enrollments
- Conduct outbound calls and follow up with prospective and current families
- Assist customers with selecting the appropriate classes based on swimmer needs and availability
- Register students and manage class enrollments, transfers, cancellations, and account updates
- Schedule and confirm lessons, evaluations, and other swim programs
- Process payments and assist families with billing and account questions
- Promote additional programs, services, events, and enrollment opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer and student information within scheduling and enrollment systems
- Communicate professionally with instructors, deck supervisors, management, and other team members
- Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area
- Complete additional administrative and customer service duties as assigned
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with the confidence to recommend programs and ask for enrollment
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with families and children
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and work toward solutions
- Strong organization and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of phone calls
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, scheduling software, email, and other technology
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Previous customer service, sales, front desk, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred
