Essential Duties
Marketing & Content Support
- Assist with execution of product launches, campaigns, and sales enablement materials
- Support website updates, product pages, and digital content across brands
- Help organize and prepare assets for distributors, eCommerce, and retail partners
- Maintain, update and organize product data in Product Information Management (PIM) systems
- Upload, tag, and audit assets in Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms
- Ensure product listings are complete, accurate, and channel-ready (images, specs, copy)
- Help clean up legacy files and improve overall data structure and usability
- Support a new product beta testing program (coordination, tracking, and feedback collection)
- Assist in gathering field insights from contractors, distributors, and internal teams
- Help document product performance, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams
- How a multi-brand industrial portfolio goes to market
- Real-world application of PIM, DAM, and product data strategy
- Product launch processes from concept to commercialization
- How marketing, sales, and product teams align to drive growth
- Current college student or recent graduate (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field)
- Strong attention to detail — this role touches a lot of product data and files
- Organized and comfortable working with systems, spreadsheets, and structured data
- Self-starter who can take direction and run with tasks
- Interest in product marketing, eCommerce, or product management
