Key Responsibilities

  • Embrace and embody the mission, vision, guiding principles, clinical vision and goals of The M.E. Green House
  • Act as one of The M.E. Green House documentation representatives/liaisons with other agencies
  • Team Member in this role will also be responsible for monitoring service delivery and ensuring that all documentation is completed correctly, within specified time frames, and is compliant with all of federal and state requirement
  • Team Member will be responsible for collecting, maintaining, and making documents available to authorized users timely, accurately, and securely. They must also be able to complete patient health information documentation accurately.
  • Team Members will be responsible for the release of medical information from the patient medical records in accordance with HIPAA Standards and SMBHS protocols.
  • Team member will also be responsible for the maintenance of medical records for the organization through assembly, analysis, coding, abstracting, filing, storage, and release of information, as well as monitoring and reporting record deficiencies in a timely manner to assure completion of records.
  • Assist and make recommendations to marketing and maintaining relationship with stakeholders
  • Requires regular and consistent attendance to ensure continuity of program operations

· Maintaining and operating office equipment

· Participate in all agency meetings to include but not limited to, weekly team meetings, supervision, and quarterly leadership meetings.

· Responsible for all administrative aspects of treatment for all clients participating in outpatient services

· Oversee the signing in of visitors, guest, and consumers.

· Taking minutes at staff meeting. (Submitting these Documents)

· Ordering and tracking inventory of office supplies

· Drug Testing Procedures

· Clinical Intakes

· Data Entry into systems

· Maintaining Clinical Records

· Ensure completion of all weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports as required

  • Must have strong writing skills
  • All other duties as assigned

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
